In order to promote efficiency and meet the needs of my clients, please review my Cancellation/Rescheduling and No-Show Policy. This is necessary due to the high demand for appointments and limited availability.


The Cancellation/Rescheduling and No-Show Policy is as follows:

 

By booking an appointment with For The Love Of Brows I am agreeing to all guidelines and terms

* A valid credit/debit card will be required when booking your appointment but will not be charged, it is only to reserve your appointment time. Charges may be applied to your card on file, as indicated in the policies below.  For the Love of Brows is not held responsible for any over-drafting on your account and/or any other bank fees.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy- Requires, at a minimum, a 24-hour advanced notice of the scheduled appointment time.  Failure to do so may result in a charge of $10 to your card on file. If your card is not on file, the $10 charge must be paid before booking the next appointment. Invoices can be provided.

No-Show Policy- If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, without a clear attempt at contacting me before your appointment time, it may result in a $17 charge to your card on file. If your card is on not file, the $17 charge must be paid before booking any further services. Invoices can be provided. When you book this appointment, you have agreed to all terms and by accepting it is your responsibility to attend to your appointment or contact Cynthia before your appointment if you were unable to attend.

Fees- It is required that you pay your cancellation/reschedule and/or no-show fee or I have the right to cancel all future appointments due to attendance.

Running Late- Please arrive 10 minutes early before your scheduled appointment time. All appointments have a strict 5 minute grace period to do a high volume of back to back appointments. Please contact me if you are running late. Running later than 5 minutes may result in rescheduling. The time of your appointment that remains is all that is allocated to your service.

Booking Services: Please note, when booking your services, the appointment system books out an amount of time for each service. Keep in mind, each person/service does not always take the full amount of time and can possibly be shortened due to back to back appointments for accommodations. This is why I do ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to avoid being late.

Makeup Appointments- When booking a makeup appointment, I do require a 30% deposit of the total cost of the service. This deposit is non-refundable. This deposit is to lock in the appointment in place. The deposit does go towards your total service cost. (Makeup services are suspended until further notice due to Covid-19.

I do have the right to refuse service to anyone.
